Oh, Sweetie, please talk to your mom or a counselor at school or tell you mom you need to see your doctor and talk to him. There is no way you should go through this alone.

Talk to one of your teachers or a counselor at school.
Much of what you are saying makes it sound as if you are depressed, and you can get helped.
The bulimia is not helping you, eating disorders destroy your body’s ability to remain alert and reproduce healthy blood cells in order for you to feel happy and healthy.
If you Mom is unable to help you, ask other adults, aunts, uncles, the parents of your friends in order to get the help that you need.
Everyone gets depressed sometimes, that is part of being human. Even the people that you think have perfect lives, are not really so perfect all the time.
Please get yourself some help, and let us know how you are doing.
I will say a special prayer for you so that God will help you through this difficult time.

because youre a teenager and all of them go through this stage
just remind yourself of all the things you have and try to channel your energy into making the most of your youth
last thing you want is to wake up in your forties and wish you didnt waste your youth wallowing in self pity

The only way to get through this tough time is to talk to someone….if you don’t feel comfortable talking to your mom about it talk to a counsoler at school or another trusted family member. Once they help you, you will feel 100 times better!! please please please talk to someone they will get you all the help you need to feel better and not want to cry!!

Vitamin B12 defficiency can actually cause bad depression and a lot of people don’t even think about how much their bodies need vitamins and minerals. Try taking a multivitamin and make sure you follow the directions on the bottle. If you don’t start to feel better in 2-3 weeks then it’s time to find a counselor or someone to talk to. GOOD LUCK
