Here's what I found. The vitamin C acidifies the gut thus causing the Adderall to be less absorbed so it makes sense that it brings you down a little. Adderall increased blood levels of magnesium so it changes the ratio of magnesium to calcium. Calcium regulates the contraction of muscle and magnesium the relaxation of the muscle so the lack of strength stamina could be related to that. The tremors are likely just part of taking amphetamines. L-Tyrosine (amino acid) can enhance the effects of Adderall but PLEASE use it to take less of the drug not get a bigger kick. B6 helps with anxiety associated with the amphetamine use and it would be worth a try to see if it helped some of the other symptoms. Alcohol causes the drug to concentrate in the blood stream (especially related to heart problems!!) so you really really want to avoid alcohol.
As far as the Imipramine it can deplete Coq10 which could be the true root of the heart and stamina issues. I would take Coq10 and here is the very best source I know http://www.newchapter.com/products/coq10…
Alcohol needs to be avoided with this one, too.
A good combination B vitamin is called for with the use of both drugs. Here are two I likehttp://www.newchapter.com/products/coenz…http://www.country-life.com/moreinfo.cfm…
If you ever decide you want to reduce or stop these meds and deal with it all naturally let me know. I would be glad to assist you in anyway I can.
