Benadryl
It is the sleep ingredient in Tylenol PM

I’ve had a decent experience with the generic version of Tylenol PM. I’m usually a little sleepy the next morning but it definitely helps me sleep.

Go to a health store like Whole Foods, they have lots of choices that are non addictive.

Melatonin. You can find it in the vitamin aisle.
It’s nice to take, because it helps you sleep, but it also helps you avoid taking a medication for something else (Tylenol PM, for pain, Benadryl for allergies.) It’s just supposed to help you sleep.

melatonin(not sure spelled right), but its natural and non habit forming.

Pretty much any OTC sleep medication is going to be the exact same thing as Benadryl. Maybe you can find one that’s combined with acetaminophen like Excedrin PM which works nicely. Sweet Dreams! :)
