What Can Explain My Dizziness?

Lately, i have been feeling quite dizzy. But it isn’t the dizzy feeling where you fall from side to side. My dizziness is that sort of elevator dizziness. I feel like i am constantly being pulled up and down, as if riding an elevator. It started just a few days ago, and i’m wondering if it’s because of riding the elevator in our building. I don’t ride that often though.
Yesterday, i only rode once because of my dizziness.
Today, i haven’t ridden the elevator and yet i still feel elevator dizzy.
What could be happening to me? Is it a vitamin deficiency? Could it be caused by stress, or something inside my head?
I hope it’s nothing serious.
I don’t really have any other symptoms, no fevers, or coughs.
It couldn’t be sleep deprivation, because i have slept a good number of hours.
What could be wrong?

you should go to the doctor and have them check for an inner ear disorder/problem

you might be lacking some vitamins. look at your diet, and seek out if there is anything you are lacking. or you can buy a vitamin water and drink that. and exercise will also help you a lot. dizziness can also be caused by stress too. so if you’re stressed stop what you are doing and do something that relaxes you. being stressed all the time can pose a big danger to your health, so avoid it at all costs!

Sounds like high blood pressure. you should really get that checked out because high blood pressure only leads to other serious things like heart disease. One major factor is stress, another sign is headaches. If no headaches then you may have some kinda ear infection, ear infections cause you to lose your balance.

It could be poor diet and not enough rest… low blood pressure, iron… it could be a number of things.
Either way, this isn’t something you want to ignore. So make an appointment with your doctor.
