I can’t sleep. I don’t sleep more than 3 hours a day, and that’s usually sometime between 8 am and 1 pm. I’ve tried getting more exercise, I’ve even tried staying up for 24 hours and then trying to sleep, which didn’t do much besides make me feel terrible.
