Since summer break started, our orchestra group has traveled to Japan, Spain, Portugal, France, Hungary, the Czech Rep., Carnegie Hall, Austria, and England. Now I’m back to relax for a couple of weeks at home. But my body clock is TOTALLY messed up! I’ve been awake up until 5 in the morning trying to rest. Yes, seems like it is your internal clock that is not in place right now with all the countries time difference. You can try sleeping pills for a few days just to get some sleep to help your body get some rest, your “clock” will get back to normal too.
