Need Non-medication Ideas For Coping With Insomnia And Very High Anxiety?

I’m agitated all day and I can’t sleep well. Meds don’t do the trick, because I get the hangover effect from long-lasting meds, and short-acting are addictive. Believe me, I’ve tried them all over the years. This goes in cycles in my life, and I’m in a bad spell right now. And yes, I already tried herbal tea and valerian root.

If you're still in need of sleep, I recommend the Natural Sleep Made Simple guide. This book contains natural, totally safe, and PROVEN methods that will let you get to sleep every night with ease. Money back guarantee.

Your first respondent isn’t much help if you don’t have a steady partner is?
There are some things you might try LEAVING OUT of your diet…. Processed foods, mostly… sugar, caffine, white flour, sodas etc… you get the idea… in other words if it is man made, don’t eat it… brownies, cakes, cookies pasta, and stick with chicken and fish, fresh veggies that you steam. and salads with only olive oil. Keep a diary to see what might be setting you off. Add tree nuts carefully.

try taking a hot shower or bath with a calming body wash, i think dove makes a night time body wash. or try johnson and johnson baby bath. they have a bed time bath for babies, when i was prego close to due date sleeping was difficult i used some of that and it helped and my daughter sleeps well too!
