ok i just got a new job about 2 1/2 weeks ago i have been losing like 6 pounds a week but i sweat ALOT im about 260 well like 248 now… i dotn get alot of sleep at night about 4-5 hours and i keep forgeting things now i am eating just fine and i drink lots of water.. is it just sleep deprivation and rapid weight loss cause of the 100 degree weather and sweating other than that i feel fine whats wrong??!?!?!?!?!?!!?

Yes it is the heat and the sweating and the fact that you weigh a lot to begin with. The heavier your body is the faster you initially lose weight.
Maybe your working hard/ 2 much and your body is tired but you dont realli sleep alot so instead of it shuttin down your lossing weight very fast. Ask your doctor I miight be wrong
