I’ve never had a twitching problem, but within the last few weeks I’ve been twitching ever so slightly.
It happens with my legs, hands, feet, and sometimes my head. It usually happens when I’m still and relaxed. It’s not a huge, jerky motion, but very slight. Someone might realize it if they looked hard enough, but mostly I just feel it.
I think this is due to sleep deprivation, but what other things could cause this? I’ve never been one to get enough sleep, so why now?
If you're still in need of sleep, I recommend the Natural Sleep Made Simple guide. This book contains natural, totally safe, and PROVEN methods that will let you get to sleep every night with ease. Money back guarantee.

Your body might just be too relaxed. Sometimes when I’m very tired and in that drifty place between being awake and falling asleep, my body twitches. My boyfriend does the same thing, as do many people I have observed.
Please get a medical checkup..I don’t want to mention some diseases that make you twitch, but they are quite serious diseases…Please make a doctor’s appointment very soon.
