I Do Not Like Taking Medications To Go To Sleep So I Will Like To Know How Can I Sleep Naturally ?

Some options:
1. Take a hot milk drink like hot milk, hot chocolate or Horlicks. Milk contains a substance that makes one sleepy.
2. Do some stretches and excercises for, say, 15-20 minutes before sleeping. This will tire your body and make you want to sleep. This works for me.
3. Adopt a regular bed-time routine to help you wind down, ie. try to go to bed the same time each night and with the same routine. eg. stop any stressful/work activity by 8pm, hot milk before bedtime, get ready for bed, read a book for 20 minutes, put the light out.
4. Make sure you have had enough exposure to day light in the day, as it is this which regulates the body clock, and sends the signal to say its time to sleep at night. If you are a ‘night-owl’ you probably need exposure earlier in the day, to bring your body clock forward.

Try camomile tea or valerian tea… mind you valerian smells like sweaty socks but it works really well.
Camomile is also good but not as effective.
