this is not for studying its for a bet. im a college student, going to attempt to break the sleep deprivation record next month. the current record is 264 hours (11days) set in 1964. i know sleep deprivation is dangerous for your body and mind. but ive always been fascinated with the how far the human body and mind can be pushed. anyway if you have any tips, such a preparation, diet anything will be great.
(p.s) im going to preform the Record while in the care of a local hospital. and i don’t have a sleeping disorder. my personal best record is about 60 hours.

while in the care of the local hospital? nice to see you are using public funded resources that are stretched at best, for your own personal whim. might i suggest some one sit there and slap your face every time it looks like you are gonna fall asleep, i volunteer!
