i have a skin condition call karitosis (sp) something. it makes the skin on my upper arms and face red and sensitive. it’s not contagious but sometimes i get white bumps on it also. i’m just wondering anything i could do to help this. also i have deep circles under my eyes not caused by sleep deprivation. i have used the garnier eye roller and it has helped little. all i want is some tips and things i can do to improve my skin. i am also a a swimmer and the chlorine dries my skin easily.
thank you for helping!!!

Keeping your skin moisturized is important, especially since you are a swimmer. Chlorine can dry out all sorts of skin, even without a skin condition. Stay away from lotions and creams with fragrance and artificial ingredients, since they can actually add further irritation.
There’s a really good product out there by a company called Rocky Mountain Soap that I think would help you, it’s called Pumpkin Patch Soap and Unscented Body Butter. It’s for people with sensitive skin, irritated, rough, inflamed skin, and eczema. It’s awesome. I know so many people that had terrible skin problems – and once they starting using this product, the problem skin went away or was about 90% better. A friend of mine was constantly on medication for her psoriasis, and nothing seemed to help her. Her legs were that bad she wouldn’t wear skirts or shorts. After she started using the soap, followed by the body butter, the psoriasis faded. It didn’t totally go away; but she didn’t have huge scaly patches of inflamed skin anymore and she felt so much better.
It wouldn’t hurt to check out the website and see you if can find a store near you that sells their products. They’re made in Canada and they’re also 100% natural, so you don’t have to worry about chemicals and artificial ingredients. Hope this helps you, take care!http://www.rockymountainsoap.com
Try products that are certified organics. If you’re a swimmer, pool water is full of chemicals (not just chlorine, trust me, I have a pool). Make sure the products have the USDA Organics round green label.http://www.ams.usda.gov/AMSv1.0/ams.fetc…
This lady developed her skin care line after she got cancer and developed allergies to regular skin care products. http://www.terressentials.com/facialcare…
