During school I slept at least 4 to 5 hours a night, when the semester ended I started sleeping around 10 or 11 to “catch up on my sleeping”.
I know my sleeping cycle was all messed up but I realized that sleep deprivation is just as bad as too much sleep, so a few days ago I changed my sleeping to 8-9 hours a night ![]()
Water is the only thing I drink and I am a vegetarian so I’m always eating fruits and veggies, so what else can I do..I really do hate these bags under my eyes. I cover them with concealer but still ![]()
guess I just have to wait since I recently started sleeping 8-9 hours…
Thanks so much!

cold tea bags, cucumber. Heap and heaps of moisturizer on your face (Don’t rub it in) Unless someone rings your door bell lol. (Some times I will do this 2-3 time in one day.Aloe vera is the best
There are creams you can buy that help with reducing the appearances of bags under your eyes. You can buy them at any drugstore, but if this does not help then I advise you to go to a dermatologist to get a more effective cream.
Love
