Have you ever happen to get urself checked why is your nose stuffy and have a swollen face. See a Doc asap! it sounds to me like mumps!
Whereas the debate of ur sleeplessness, see you must cut off coming home late, this is the major reason u r disturbing your sleep. If its not insomnia, i wish it isnt and although insomnia has also got easy cures. The best and easy treatment of sleeplessness so far known that would cost you nothing is to organize your life, make sure you’re not doing more then what your body can handle.
Some common sleeplessness tips include:
Use common home-remedies as warm baths, warm milk, herbal tea, etc
Give up the caffeine in the afternoon and especially before bed
Quit Tobacco
Manage your daily-life-schedule i.e. maintain a sleep/wake cycle
maintain healthy physique and weight
Try to limit rahter stop alcohol intake
Use Herbal supplements
You can always talk it over with a doctor
Enjoy:)

Well you might have allergies…
But besides that, try relaxing, and totally clear your mind of everything.
I have this same problem.
Breathe in, pause, and breathe out.
Try reading a book to get your eyes tired.
Stay away from drinks with caffeine (coke, coffee…)
Try having a positive attitude! good luck!
I concur with <3’s suggestion plus a waterless vaporizer with eucalyptus oil. Avon sells them and you can get better eucalyptus oil from your local herb shop. My dad has the same problem with nasal congestion when he sleeps and this helps him. I would also suggest flushing out your nasal passages with saline solution regularly.
