Does Not Sleeping At Night Have Effects On Health Or Is That Just Eqvivocated With Sleep Deprivation?

Like, if I slept my 8 hours a day, but not during night, what little hazards do I risk?
(My problem is that next few months I’ll get to go to fitness, but only at late hours and I find it a problem for my attempt at a healthy lifestyle. (I want to be a model.))
