Does Anyone Else Suffer From Psychophysiological Insomnia? What Do You Do To Cope?

This is a type of insomnia that is best described by having racing thoughts that all relate to insomnia and trying to fall asleep. Then you keep worrying about falling asleep, which makes it less likely to fall asleep…..then I generally panic which causes adrenaline to release then all hops of sleep vanishes
Sounds silly I know, but I just can’t seem to avoid it. I would love to hear your thoughts on how to deal

If you're still in need of sleep, I recommend the Natural Sleep Made Simple guide. This book contains natural, totally safe, and PROVEN methods that will let you get to sleep every night with ease. Money back guarantee.

There is a method called the STOP method… basically you yell STOP each time you catch yourself having these thoughts. Look it up on google for more info.
If you have this often, look into meditation, self-hypnosis and yoga. These will help you relax your mind.
