Does Anybody Know Some Good Sleep Deprivation Techniques I Can Use On Myself?

I find that when I have bouts of insomnia it make me feel high after 36-48 hours. I want to push myself to stay awake for 3 days straight but with no drug aids other than nicotine, caffeine pills / energy drinks. Also I find it easier when I don’t take my mood stabilisers and anti-psychotic meds.
I need some self induced sleep deprivation techniques that I can implement without the help of another person. Can anyone help me?
